The monkeys of Africa are known as "Old World Monkeys" and differ from those found in the Americas. These Old World Monkeys have sub-families of baboons, mangabeys, mandrills, guenons, patas monkeys and macaques. They live in large groups and spend most of their days foraging for food in the grasslands where they live. They are preyed upon by pythons, crocodiles, eagles, leopards and their deadliest enemy ~ Man.
